Who you are contacting
Norrvek is responsible for handling information submitted through this website. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact info@norrvek.se.
When you send an enquiry
We receive your name, company, email address, message and any areas of interest you select. We use this information to respond, discuss potential work and follow up on the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Your information is not used to automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Delivery, storage and protection
The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Your form message is placed in our protected email queue in Cloudflare R2 with EU jurisdiction, then delivered to Norrvek’s email system. A recovery copy in the queue is removed seven days after delivery. If the email system is temporarily offline, the message stays queued until it can be delivered.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the enquiry and any subsequent collaboration. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of your enquiry. The contact form does not send your message to an external AI model.
Technical information
Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. The contact form uses time-limited security checks and request limits to prevent abuse. We do not write form contents into the website’s application logs. Cloudflare’s global network may process connection information outside the EU/EEA; see their information on international transfers. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies and local preferences
We have not added advertising cookies or analytics tools to this website. If you pause the animations, that preference is stored locally in your browser. Contact form drafts are not saved to browser local storage. Your language follows the page address.
Your rights
You can request access to your personal information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest. These rights apply subject to the conditions in data protection law. You have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). imy.se.
